Azzura is a singer-songwriter currently based in London.
Her first EP ‘Free’ was released in 2019 and can be described as beachy, raw and free in both its spirit and lyricism. Which she has followed with her heartfelt album "Illusion", hard to label, it is a cocktail of pop, rock and bluesy influences, emotionally untamed, catchy hooks and an effortless mix of sophistication and simplicity. Perhaps a little Lana Del Rey with a splash of Kate Nash.
She has recently played The Star in Shoredtich,
Cardiff University Great Hall with the Student Societies, Clwb Ifor Bach and the Moon, Cardiff - to raise money for mental health.
In 2018 and 2019 she was involved in the Devon festival scene, helping to raise money for Musicians Against Homelessness, Oxjam and Women Of the World (WOW) along with performing at the local festivals Love Summer, Glas-Denbury and Grinagog.
Azzura has been featured on BBC Sounds, Riviera FM and as a #FaveFind on BBC introducing.
